Returns & Refunds

CaroWithLove will accept returns in store of your item/s within 14 days for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT of the same value. Items must be returned in original condition, with tags attached and/or packaging. Items must be returned with proof of purchase- store receipt or exchange card received.

CaroWithLove will not accept 'CHANGE OF MIND" returns after 14 days from purchase.

Faulty items - If something is not right with the garment or item,  we will have this returned to the supplier and either replace or refund for you, within an appropriate time frame.
